Trainee Campaign

The history

IKEA was looking for inspiration for their trainee campaign. They chose to work with CompanYoung, because of their experience in attracting younger applicants and knowledge of the target group. Us at CompanYoung helped IKEA gain awareness among their target group by making sure they were present in the right places.

As a starting point, CompanYoung developed surveys that could summarise the interests of the trainees. A brand survey was conducted before, during, and after the process. Afterwards we developed a strategy in cooperation with IKEA and set goals. A small video series became a large part of the attraction strategy. From here onward, IKEA was well prepared to meet their target group.
